Elected in 2002, Chris was DAPAC's first victorious candidate. Since being elected to Congress he has maintained a distinguished voting record for progressive issues. He has received a 100% rating from NARAL and voted in favor of nearly all of Human Rights Campaigns key votes. Most recently he was appointed to head the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and will be key to improving the Democrats success in 2008. |
