Elected in 2004, Allyson was one of our victorious candidates and one of the few newly elected Democratic members of Congress that year. She had been a Pennsylvania State Senator for four terms prior to her election to Congress. Allyson also has extensive experience in education and health care policy. Since being elected she has received a 100% rating from NARAL and voted in favor of nearly all of Human Rights Campaigns key votes. She has voted dependably in Congress for DAPAC's ideals. |
